Selects the default orientation of the display on a Display Remote Speaker
Microphone (DRSM),
allowing you to flip the visual arrangement by 180 degrees, depending
on user-preference. 
The Light / Flip (Display) programmable
button selection allows the radio-user to change this orientation when
needed. This selection applies on a radio-wide basis.
When a DRSM is attached to the radio.
When the radio is model / option capable.
